2013 Public Meeting Schedule All meetings will be held in the Township Building, which is accessible to the handicapped. If you are a person with a disability and wish to attend any of the above listed meetings, and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to observe or participate in the proceedings, please contact the Township Office at 610-793-2600 to discuss how the Township can best accommodate your needs. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM Board of Supervisors The Board of Supervisors of Birmingham Township, Chester County will meet at 7:30 PM on Monday, January 7, 2013 to organize for the 2013 calendar year. At that time the Board will make all appointments necessary to fill Township positions. The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors will follow immediately after the organizational meeting. The Planning Commission will hold regular meetings the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. Historical
Architectural Review Board (HARB) will hold regular meetings, when there are agenda items, on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 PM except for the month of May when the meeting will be held the fourth Tuesday (May 28th).
Birmingham Historical Commission will hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of every other month at 7 PM beginning with the month of January 2013.
Applications to be considered by both the Birmingham Historical Commission and HARB will be reviewed on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 PM at which time both committees will meet and make recommendations on the applications. The May 2013 joint meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 28th.
Recreation, Parks & Open Space will hold regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 PM except for the month of May when the meeting will be held the third Wednesday (May 22nd). Zoning Hearing

Board of Auditors will be meeting on Tuesday, January 8th at 8:30 AM to organize for the coming year.
